Eisenhower, supreme commander of the Allied forces in Mediterranean Theater of Operations, planned a three-pronged attack on Casablanca (Western), Oran (Center) and Algiers (Eastern), then a rapid move on Tunis to catch Axis forces ( Afrika Korps) in North Africa from the west in conjunction with Allied advance from Egypt. Reports indicated that they might support the Allies. While the French colonies were formally aligned with Germany via Vichy France, the loyalties of the population were mixed. It was the first mass involvement of US troops in the European–North African Theatre, and saw the first major airborne assault carried out by the United States. Torch was a compromise operation that met the British objective of securing victory in North Africa while allowing American armed forces the opportunity to engage in the fight against Nazi Germany on a limited scale.
The fourth sauce in a bowl is pretty weak.Operation Torch (8 November 1942 – 16 November 1942) was an Allied invasion of French North Africa during the Second World War. Oops I almost forgot, The chips were fresh and the sauces in bottles are very hot and tasty. We will probably give it another try in a couple weeks.
Any way the food is good and the place is clean. I parked at the far end of this lengthily strip mall. Parking is pretty much non existent.Thery are a few spaces in front and more at the side and a few in the rear. I think maybe this was just one of those nights where things did not go as expected.The waitress did keep us up to date continually apologizing for the slowness of our order. All in all, everything was tasty! However I kept remembering all of the reviews that said the food arrived amazingly fast. My beans came with a side of rice which I did not order, but paid for. I got my order, plus an extra taco Asada which i paid for. I ordered 3 tacos, 2 Pasteur and one Asada, but got 4 tacos. The place was crowded and we waited only 5 or 10 minutes before we were seated, but after we ordered we waited over 30 minutes for the food and then I got more than I ordered. My wife and I ate here because of the good reviews on Trip Advisor and Yelp.
